21 hours per week (3 days per week – negotiable)
£19,205 per annum (pro-rata)

Joint Pension contribution of up to 4%
The role provides one to one outreach in a variety of settings including the home, the local community, as well as at other organisations. You will also provide support through group work and activities aimed at people living with HIV as well as their families and carers in South Staffordshire.
This is a great opportunity for someone with very good people skills and who also has an insight and understanding of people and groups. We are looking for a person with good communication skills, passionate in reducing inequality and able to work in a team to make a real difference.
