Heartwood Surgery based at Swadlincote Health Clinic are holding a Living and Dying Matters event on Tuesday 15th May 2012 from 9.30am to 12.30pm. The aim of the event is to promote and raise awareness of services that support good health and well being throughout the whole of people’s lives.
