Communities for Health in the East Midlands, is organising a FREE learning event for organisations and groups who have responsibility for nutrition and hydration for older people, both within community and care settings across the East Midlands.
This event aims to equip participants with a broad understanding of good nutrition and hydration, the associated challenges and safeguarding implications as well as practical information such as setting up a Lunch Club.
The day will comprise of a varied programme and will include the key note speaker Anne Donelan, Chair of the Food Counts Specialist Group of The British Dietetics Association. For further detailed information about the programme please see the second page of this flyer.
Who should attend?
The event is aimed at organisations and individuals who are responsible for the health and wellbeing of older people and would like to learn more about regulation, challenges and good practice.
