Advice Derbyshire Accessibility Discussion Forum: Understanding the Barriers to Access
Monday 12th March 2012
1.00 – 3.15pm
Sharpes Pottery Museum, 23 West Street, Swadlincote, DE11 9DG
Advice Derbyshire is a member organisation that exists to represent independent advice agencies working across the County of Derbyshire. We work with our members to put service users at the heart of what we do, seeking to improve the quality of advice, build capacity, share resources and provide a voice for the wider advice sector.
As part of our commitment to improving access to advice services, Advice Derbyshire is delivering a series of facilitated discussion forums across the County. We are eager to obtain the views of a range of organisations and individuals, in doing so generating learning that can inform the way our members deliver their advice services.
We also hope that participating organisations and individuals will develop better awareness of the free, independent advice services available to their own clients.
