Children’s Workforce Development Council and Children England are working together to support the voluntary and community sector that works with the children and young people sector with this informative regional seminar. The seminar will focus on key areas identified as current workforce priorities within the sector:
- Working Together, Munro and integrated working – the implications for the VCS
- Leadership and management for all in the children’s workforce
- Higher level Skills: The workforce challenge of a smaller state and greater need
